Returns and Exchanges Policy Bivoya

At Bivoya we are committed to providing you with high quality products and excellent customer service. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or may need to be exchanged .This Returns and Exchanges Policy expain in detail the procedures we have put in place to facilitate returns ad exchanges. 1-General Returns and Exchanges

  •   If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 daysn from the day of receipt of your order to request a return or exchange. After this period we will unfortunately not be able to accept your request
  • Items returned or exchanged must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and wiht the original tags attached 

 2- Returns and Exchanges Procedure

To initiate a return or exchange, follow theses steps :

       1- Contact us by email at support@bivoya.com  specifying your order number, the item(s) youwish to return or exchange and the reason for this request.

        2- Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with the necessary return or exchange instructions , includinding the return address..

        3- Carefully package the item you are returning , making sure to include the invoice or document showing the order number.

        4- Ship the item to the address we provide. You are responsible for return shipping costs, except in the case of a dfective product or error on our part.

        5- Once we have received the returned item, our team will examine its conditions, if the item meets our return criteria, we will issue a refund or exchange.

3.Refunds

         - Refunds will be made within 2 days of receipt of the returned item. Refunds will be made via the same method of paymet used for the original purchase.

          - Original shipping charges will not be refunded , except in the case of a defective product or error on our part.

4. Defective products or order errors 

If you receive a defective product or if we have made an error in your order, please contact us immediately at support@bivoya.com we will take case of the return shipping costs and arrange a prompt refund or exchange.
